doctors don't do these transvaginal ultrasounds. just sayin'

some poor tech, probably female, will be required to perform these tests. usually they are quite sheepish about the need for the probe. i can only imagine the conflicts that these poor working women will go through because of these stupid fucking old white 1% men.

and it was the doctor who performed it, but, then again, I had gestational diabetes and a big baby whose cord was wrapped around her twice. It was warranted, if unpleasant.

I can't imagine it necessary for a fetus the size of a peanut.

I can't imagine putting anyone through that for purely political reasons.

BTW, who pays for viewing this peanut of a fetus?

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the woman getting violated will have to pay for this procedure that she didn't ask for.

Anyone else?

thankfully child #2 was okay, I was just suffering from a tipped uterus... but honestly on the screen all you see is something the size of a peanut, I was perhaps at the most 4 or 6 weeks pregnant. I wouldn't suggest doing one unless it was medically necessary IMHO, it is very invasive.....

When I was pregnant and possibly miscarrying, it wasn't uncomfortable, but when they've been trying to check out my ovaries, I feel like they're trying to shear off my cervix with a blunt object. Some techs are gentler than others. All of them have asked me to insert the probe.

Who were elected with the help of other women...whether they were Republican, religious, or just hate the idea of that black man in the White House!

In other words...this can't be put into the laps of that 1% alone...the female collaborators are just as guilty for this as the stupid fucking old white 1% men.

they were done by the fertility specialist.

Now, I have one every year to monitor uterine fibroids. Those are done with all respect and gentleness by a tech.

Each time, these ultrasounds were with my consent and by my choice - not because some rightwing suit was telling me what to do.

These laws are an outrageous intrusion on a women's right to privacy and should not be allowed to stand. They sicken me.
