Boy, if I have learned anything from this contraception dust up it is never piss off the women

You might get away with pissing off religious people or southerners or something. They are pretty forgiving folks by and large.

But don't mess with women.

Message sent, message received and lesson learned.

Wonder why the GOP can't figure this out?

Don

if they could. They'd like to have only white men who own property as voters. Too bad for them, eh?

But the cynical manipulators and Machiavellians like Karl Rove have got to be shitting bricks over this. They know the ultra right is destroying the Republican Party's chances. Turd Blossom can't be too happy at the turn this is taking into social conservative no-win issues.

charge of that whole dog and pony show want.

One household, one vote. If it was good enough for the Founding Fathers, they figure it's good enough for us.

This way we can hammer them with it.

It makes an excellent tool to help us win in November.

You should work in life to piss off everyone equally..

Sexual traits have no determination on actual reaction you may get. Last I checked both women and men can be bi-polar for example.

I don't think they care because they believe that they have stolen the election already. The November surprise will be the number of voters with correct ID that they will challenge and turn away. I do believe that they feel they have no way to lose the election and that voter suppression of all non GOP voters will succeed. They will just take over the polls and run them as they please.

That is the only thing that explains their brazen attitude about their policies.

get "pissed off". I sure the hell do. You can take it to the bank. I don't think anyone of either sex has a right to tell them what to do with their bodies.

When a man tells a woman to "put an aspirin between her legs" to prevent sex is so out of line. Why is it the damn woman's place. You know men can "put that same aspirin between his legs". Why is it always put on the woman.

Lets be fair. If your going to charge women for birth control than lets do the same for the men's little blue pill.

Or how about requiring men that have more than one child out of wedlock to be forced to have a vacatomy. I wonder how many men would feel then.

Stop imposing on women reproductive issues. By the way I don't mean YOU personally. I just talking in general because you bring up a good point. I thank you for it.

the point that the comment by Friess was so out of line I wanted to scream. I worry not just for my granddaughter but for everyone's granddaughters who may be forced some day to have a baby that was produced by rape. It is disgusting. I feel my blood pressure raising just talking about it. We who love our daughters and granddaughters must defeat the republicans. We must overwhelmed the voting booths with democrats so we know that Obama will win and they can't cheat.

excavations revealed that although the men received flower-laden burials, the women's remains were tossed onto rubbish heaps with shells and prey-animal bones. My point is that your apologies to Neanderthals might be unwarranted.

I learned that lesson a long time ago. Better yet, I learned to value their judgment and evaluate and discuss differences of opinion. Most of the women I've known in my life were smarter than me in one respect or another.

I appreciate your candor in that you've learned that women are a force to be reckoned with. Sometimes I (as a woman) worry that our younger daughters don't remember the fight that many of us have gone through to get equality, access to safe medical care, etc.

I am heartened to see the response from the women (and men such as yourself!) of DU!

The GOP, in my opinion, is simply hoping that no one is listening.
