Steer attacks teacher at U.S. meat processing class.......No Bull.
SHELBY, OHIO—Officials at a U.S. vocational school say a steer attacked an instructor during a meat processing class, and students quickly closed a gate to block the animal and called emergency services.
WJW-TV in Cleveland reports that Bill Kucic was leading the 544-kilogram steer to be killed when it turned on him in a chute and flipped him into the air last week at the Ohio school.
The school’s superintendent says Kucic hit his head and suffered cuts and broken bones. He was in fair condition at a hospital Thursday. ..............(more)
