Does anyone still listen to Peter Werbe? His show starts 11pm ET on WRIF Detroit.

Peter Werbe is an Air America Radio alum. For former Air America listeners wondering where he is now, he is still active in radio as he co hosts Nightcall with Juline Jordan on Detroit rock station 101 WRIF on Sunday nights 11pm-2am. I listened last week and will again tonight to hear his view on the Detroit bankruptcy. The show streams online worldwide at WRIF.com; the station is also available on the TuneIn app.

Surprising to see a music station has a progressive talk show (late Sunday nights though)! At least Detroit still has that show after Progressive Talk 1310 WDTW (famously a top-40 station in the '60s as "Keener 13&quot went off the air...that's right the station actually disabled its signal, not switched to another format.

Werbe sometimes guest hosted on AAR, from what I've read, including for the Malloy show. nt alp227 Jul 2013 #3

remember correctly, it was Peter Werbe, Nancy Skinner, Thom Hartmann, and Mike Malloy.

They got me through some dark days. I remember when Peter Werbe got fired, and I was not happy, I sent a nasty letter to somebone about that.

I don't remember him from Air America, but during that time I worked 2nd shift, so I mainly listened to Thom Hartmann and Randi Rhodes.
