A trillion dollars a year for war, and who's the enemy?

US taxpayers spend a trillion dollars per annum to sustain an industry of global war, in a typical year killing thousands. Who is the enemy? Your elected government says that's a secret!

Who Are We at War With? That's Classified
http://www.truth-out.org/news/item/17827-who-are-we-at-war-with-thats-classified

Obama said the US is at war with 'Al Qaeda, the Taliban and their associated forces." So who exactly are those associated forces?

The most corrupt, useless and destructive, terroristic and profitable racket on earth would have to go under.

this is what i was told in another thread concerning the need for Dems to wake the fuck up about winning.

it's exactly this mindset that has allowed our government to go haywire as the OP shows. we can't even know who we're at war with, and there are those who insist that pushing back on this and other abuses are just banging "the drums of righteousness and liberalism," in a futile manner.

and that's a 100% wrong, b/c this is exactly the kind of issue that we must own the fight against. if we can't know who our military is at war with, then something is totally broken in our country.

They looted our treasury and profited handsomely off death and destruction. They're the real enemies. :mad-
