Clearly, he didn't realize that the microwaves sneak in around the edges of the foil hat. Once inside, the helmet hold the microwaves "hostage" and they keep bouncing around under the helmet and through all that brain matter. Clearly, he didn't realize all of this. Had he just have stayed in school...........................
