Someone hacked into this Colorado Department of Transportation portable, electronic variable message sign on southbound Highway 145 near Illium on Tuesday and changed the message to motorists. The sign had alerted drivers to delays related to rockfall mitigation work in the area earlier this week. CDOT Public Relations Manager Nancy Shanks said the sign was probably left unlocked. ...a more selfish route bolstered by a jack ass book pusher.

Claiming that Snowden had a less than perfect justice system to deal with as justification for running is NOT ... NOT extended to people in this country who have more of a reason to flee it than Snowden did because of Americans justice system.

Give me Americas warts....

Aug 2013

“In keeping silent about evil, in burying it so deep within us that no sign of it appears on the surface, we are implanting it, and it will rise up a thousand fold in the future. When we neither punish nor reproach evildoers, we are not simply protecting their trivial old age, we are thereby ripping the foundations of justice from beneath new generations.”

about so many Democrats willing to give Bush and his cronies a pass, willing to avoid prosecuting the criminals in the financial sector -- what legacy are we leaving our children?

It has options for how to insult other people on the network - 'moon', 'fart in your general direction', etc. If you decide to take it back, there's a 'kiss ass' option.

I guess I'm just work-zonked today, but when I read the screed, my brain started creating contractions and changing syllable stresses and it came out the way I typed it. And in the end, maybe it's better for my health to laugh at a thing rather than argue with someone who won't be swayed.

I grew tired of it the first 100 times I saw it on DU.

If I posted something critical of Snowden, I would see dozens of replies to my post saying "it's not about Snowden."

We're on the same page here.

It must be getting lonely on the authoritarian front.

Keep posting the master's talking points, it makes it easy to see who we can ignore.

I only see the copies from the master once they've been approved.

However, being a paidpropagandiststasiauthoritariancorporatistquislingfascistsockpuppet has it's perks.

I get free key chains in addition to my bi-weekly pay check.

I hope I would have the courage to do what Snowden did in the same situation.
Apparently, over 1.4 Million Americans witnessed this outrageous government over reach, but only Snowden STOOD UP and said, "NO! This is WRONG!",
and did it in such a way that it couldn't be swept under the rug!
Courage AND Brains!

The problem may be that most Americans do NOT know what is so WRONG about the Government Spying on Americans.

There are much better ways to publish a message.
