I went into enemy territory last weekend(The Reagan Library) to see the Lincoln Exhibit

I was in LA last weekend and i ventured over to the Reagan Library to see the Lincoln Exhibit, which is temporary & will be ending its run there shortly..

I did see at least one other Democrat there besides myself, lol...When i got to the cashier to buy my ticket, i was kidding w/her (she was college age) saying i should have worn my Obama 2012 t-shirt, and she replied "I'm a Democrat to"...So that made my day!...

Since it was the weekend it was rather crowded...Some exhibits are worth seeing ie: the Air Force One in the hangar, as well a Marine One helicpoter and some Limos used by past presidents...There was also a Secret Service exhibit that was interesting....I saw some people there yearning for the days of yesteryear as they were transfixed on watching old campaign ads, debates from the 1980/1984 elections...How far the GOP has fallen, in the 80's Reagan won 2 elections averaging almost 500 EV's...Now, the GOP is reduced to finding 500 ways to suppress voters and/or rig elections..

As far as the Lincoln exhibit that was actually very good....There were alot of rare artifacts ie; one of those black stovepipe acts he wore (said there were only 3 in existence today) pen used to sign Emancipation Proclomation, campaign stuff from 1860/1864 elections, letters he wrote to General Grant, clothing worn by him, and many other pieces...There was also a display w/set pieces and costumes worn by the actors from the Spielberg movie "Lincoln"....

There are people who would be inclined to take something or leave something behind.

that are there for a few months and then they go to different museum..Temporary exhibits aren't necessarily related to the museum's permanent collection, which is this case is Ronald Reagan..

I would have worn a haz met suit and then had myself doused with disinfectant if I went in there. IMHO Reagan was our worst President ever! Followed by Shrub Jr and then Harding and then Grant and Nixon

A preemptive exorcism wouldn't hurt either just in case some entity you don't want attached itself to your soul.
