Colorado citizens needing assistance to evacuate are being asked by the National Guard to make themselves more visible to chopper crews by waving white sheets.

Waiting for a chopper evac waving a yellow or red sheet and the chopper crew looks and waves back.
Not a white sheet, he must just be saying hi.
BTW, you very well know that I do not surrender easily
