The House voted 42 to repeal ACA, 43rd times the charm? If not, burn it down?

The House has voted to repeal, destroy, defund, obliterate... the Affordable Care Act. Each of these measures was put down by the Senate who refused to discuss it.

So now comes the 43rd try and this time they are going to shut down the government unless their insane desires are met? Now they are going to shut down the government and I'm afraid leave it shuttered until October 18th has come and gone and this time hold the debt ceiling as another hostage if the Dems and Obama do not give in and sacrifice a law that has been on the books for 3 years. If/when they refuse to raise the debt limit, the real shit hits the fan. We'll become the World's Deadbeat.

When the debt ceiling debate comes up, along with the repeal/delay of the Affordable Care Act, the repubs are also demanding

fast-track authority to overhaul the tax code, construction of the Keystone XL oil pipeline, offshore oil and gas production and more permitting of energy exploration on federal lands.

The legislation would also roll back regulations on coal ash, block new Environmental Protection Agency regulations on greenhouse gas production, eliminate a $23 billion fund to ensure the orderly dissolution of failed major banks, eliminate mandatory contributions to the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, limit medical malpractice lawsuits and increase means testing for Medicare, among other provisions. http://www.nytimes.com/2013/09/27/us/politics/house-gop-leaders-list-conditions-for-raising-debt-ceiling.html?src=me
