They elected Obama because of the ACA and some people have been waiting SO long. I think the main problem will be that the web site will shut down because everyone will try to get on it at once.

they will be fully ready (health insurance you get on the exchanges won't take effect until
January).

The Supreme Court said it was Constitutional ... AND many people are in dire straights without healthcare. The FAR RIGHT may decide not to sign up for OBAMACARE because they hate this President. Most people, including myself, want this to happen. In California, we already have a form of Obama Care...already.
