Sebelious is the wrong person to roll out the Afforable Care Act. Her communications are weak and

low level and IMO, boring. Several ( about 20) people I spoke with about the ACA rollout said she is ineffective in communication.

say the least EXCELLENT. Her answers are quick and concise. She often leaves her republican questioners speechless (which is why I watch them).

system failures that impacts the ease that people sign up, even the most robust communication won't mean shit.

I think President Obama should have tried to get some of the crack people that led logistics for his re-election campaign involved early on in setting up a robust computerized system that get hard testing before Day 1. Republicans want snafus, I don't, I want people to be able to get all the information they need online and also have a stress free signup experience.

The fact that Republicans have been going after her in this effort likely means she's doing something right.
