5 Reasons High Fructose Corn Syrup Will Kill You by Mark Hyman, MD: http://drhyman.com/blog/2011/05/13/5-reasons-high-fructose-corn-syrup-will-kill-you/#close
As long as I can remember, I have been addicted to Heinz Ketchup. That is over 50 years. I was a snob about it. Now that I'm trying to eliminate high-fructose corn syrup (it isn't easy) from my diet, I wasn't going to pay the higher priced organic Heinz to avoid HFCS. I got my first bottle of Hunt's 100% Natural Ketchup (contains no HFCS) and knew it wasn't Heinz, but would put up with it. Then while talking about this at work, a friend said "Simply Heinz has NO HFCS". I checked into it. OH HAPPY DAY! The great taste of Heinz without HFCS. I'll take the sugar. And without the higher organic price.
