Our company has entered a contest to win a grant that would pay to bring our www.TheRainbowMakers.com home. In order to be eligible we need 88 more votes (250 total.) This could really be a big F*ing deal for our little town. We are mostly a tourist town and this will offer jobs besides working as hotel maids or as wait staff in restaurants. Here's the link. Please vote and tell your Facebook friends to do the same! THANK YOU!

(3,747 posts)I'm starting to feel like a stalker of votes! But I don't know what else to do. I've got votes from every single person I know and so I need to spread out. I'm going to sit in a grocery store this weekend and try to get votes in person. That should be very interesting and humbling. That just shows how important this is to me.

(146,308 posts)requirement that you expose your Facebook account when you vote, and that's the only way you can vote. A lot of people won't do that and refuse to click anything that requires a Facebook login. The reason is the risk to privacy that causes.
Just an explanation of why some will not cast a vote in this particular situation.
