This Rachel Maddow video from a couple years ago suggests a great way

to dismantle groups like Proud boys and the Oath Keepers.

(EDIT: - It is hard to watch; maybe fast forward a little because it gets good when they bankrupt the Klan. I don't understand why they aren't doing this to the Oath Keepers et al)

Basically way back when the Klan was still wearing hoods in a few instances where they killed a black man they were also sued. In the first case the man's mother was awarded 7 million dollars PLUS the 7,000 foot building that the Klan used to meet in.

So the idea was to ruin these groups financially. If a member of one of the new groups went into the capitol and was responsible for an officer's death I think the whole group should be sued as a result, just like they did years ago with the Klan.
