I was thinking we need a very easy and quick way to identify and
support "only" those companies/corporations/ products making earth a better place for "all" than only enhancing their greed, selfishness and destructive forces. I would more than willingly stop purchasing anything from an outfit that did not support the benefits to "all" of society. The greedy and outrageous would eventually dry up for the most part?
Perhaps a quick scan of barcodes on products would help. I can imagine the lawsuits by the ruthless and greedy capitalists that don't want their gravy train stopped.
With such an app, companies interested in serving humanity and the future, rather than their greed, could be supported by our buying power. Filling the database could be an interesting challenge.
Today, some of us try to do this, but often that can be a challenge to identify which products and who is really behind the product label. ... and to be able to quickly accomplish this while shopping.

(5,379 posts)the list of brand-company connections is largely known. But of course one also has to consider where & what to shop. I'd say local or fair trade. Hey, what about a Peoples' Fair Trade Pact?
