6. They should issue him a subpoena for Tuesday in place of his confirmation hearing

He was one of the people Christie hired for his internal investigation which found no wrong doing, maybe instead of a confirmation hearing they can subpoena him to find out how his investigation was conducted and how he missed so many glaring pieces of evidence.
