I grew up with medical doctors on pedestals. Then got to know a couple or three who are total whackjobs. The wingnut darling, CARSON formerly of Johns Hopkins, is a mild one by comparison. Some are criminal in malpractice. Some in history are torturers. They are supposed to be scientists. This one seems to have body issues.
