It's interesting how little play 'positive' polls get in the national media. When one poll, though, shows Obama well below an average rating, the news runs with it.
While Obama's approval is still below water, in a new CBS News/New York Times poll, Obama's approval is now at 46% - up from 42% last month and 37% in November.
It shows a steady climb back from the questionable rollout of Obamacare and the government shutdown.
But, you know, Benghazi!

The rollout sucked.. but, we moved on.
Meanwhile the President keeps on keeping on..
