GOP Will Continue To Add To The Misery Until They Win So They Can Add To The Misery More

The GOP will continue to make the country at large as miserable as it can be until we elect them and give them the reins of power. After that they will do even less for people who are unhappy and need help. They will pass policies to make the country even worse off than before by giving the rich the rest of the money they don't have.

What will we all do when the GOP succeeds in destroying everything that made this country viable?

Great summary of the GOP's strategy. While they control the House (with a minority of 2012 votes), pampango Jan 2014 #2

Answer: Continue to come on message boards and complain that Obama isn't "passing" more progressive laws.

it has not worked that well for them lately.

They show little sign of understanding that, however, and profess undying optimism that they will win the next election using the same strategy that lost them the last one. Whatever one thinks of their "Winning through Misery" strategy, they are good at sticking to the script and it always seems to be on the verge of making it work this time.

It is interesting to watch their tea party and corporate factions fight over who has the better "Winning through Misery" strategy.
