The GOP field is so weak that the GOP may be forced to turn to Romney

Shit, because it worked for him.

Although he waited two cycles, so maybe Mittens should too so people don't remember what a dipshit he is!

Losing in '60 and returning eight years later. Stevenson ran consecutive elections for the Democrats, losing both times to Eisenhower.

The difference, of course, is that Romney is now a two-time loser - losing both in the primary and then the general in 2012. I don't know if there has ever been a three-time presidential loser in major party politics...

Dole was on the ticket, to be sure, but he wasn't the one who lost. The other three fit the bill, of course, Romney would be the first presidential candidate since Stevenson to face the prospects of losing back-to-back presidential elections.

It'll be great to see this giftastic crapitalist vampire go down in flames again.

Like it was said above, the GOP field is so terrible, I don't really see what option they have.

The Repukes need to dump these 'moderate' North easterners ... and give us the gold. Run a Bachmann/Palin ticket. Go for the women vote. Or put that jackass from Texas (too many to list) on the ticket. The crazier, the better.

I want a full on Republican Platform that states they want theocracy and world domination. Finish what the crusades started.
