The Inner Sanctum-can you guess whom was in which office?
Gov. Chris Christie’s chief of staff and top deputy chiefs occupy offices in the governor’s suite on the first floor of the New Jersey State House. Lower-ranking staff members are scattered in other locations.
The political operation was based in this office, occupied by Bill Stepien and then Bridget Anne Kelly, deputy chief of staff for intergovernmental affairs, who was fired for her role in the Fort Lee lane shutdown.
