the seconed and third are on unrelated topics. If you read the titles.

THIS ONE (currently on top of the list) is the one that matters here. There are opportunities to read related documents if you choose prior to making your comment.

So go with this THIS ONE:

Presidential Permit Applications: TransCanada Keystone Pipeline, L.P, National Interest Determination
- Document Contents
: ...30 Day Public Comment Period Regarding the National Interest Determination for TransCanada Keystone Pipeline, L.P.'s Presidential Permit Application AGENCY: Department of State. ACTION...
Notice by DOS on 02/05/2014 ID: DOS-2014-0003-0001

Thanks for asking for clarification.

This is important on a global scale! We have an obligation to take this opportunity to participate in our participatory government.

Pass it around.

I've been trying to sit on this thread as much as I can but I need to go get under some down. It's going to be close to -30F to -40F by sunrise and all I can think of is getting all nestled in for the duration... after I stoke up the stove! the forecast was for -19F but it was -24F when I checked just a minute ago and the coldest time is between now and 10am.

date known. I don't know how to kick this to some page where it will be seen and haven't had time to sit on this thread. My friend broke her ankle a couple weeks ago and I have been her primary care person for her and her dog all this time. She should be in a walking cast come Monday, then I can tend to my own stuff a little more.
