Now were having a thunder and lughtning storm. Then its going to snow later on. Oh my.

if the storm goes up to Maine/the Canadian border, turns around, comes back down and wallops all of us, THAT's a Nor'easter.

7. We've just started getting hit with the sleet here,...

in western MA. Gonna turn to ice and around midnight, supposed to turn into more snow, 5 to 7 inches by 7 a.m. tomorrow. Ugh.

And I'm peering out the windows on total wtf status. We have wind and sleet now...havent seen any lightning yet though. We've lost power periodically too.

12. Lightening happened 10 minutes ago for us followed by the loudest Thunder I EVER heard in my life.

Now the water is pelting ice and sleet and water. It's like rocks hitting my window.

we are at 20 degrees above normal and a drought watch has been issued. It will get worst.

13. Just talked to my son

He lives in Manhattan. It's pouring now but will turn to snow tonight. He says it's such a mess and the snow piles are so big they probably won't entirely melt until April.

I told him he should move back to CA.
