UK ministers to boycott Paralympics over Russia's military moves in Ukraine

British ministers will boycott the Paralympics in Sochi over Russia's decision to take military action in Ukraine.
David Cameron said it would be wrong for members of the government to attend the games in Russia because of the serious situation in Ukraine.
The prime minister's statement comes after William Hague, the foreign secretary, announced that the UK has pulled out of talks due to be held in the coming days in preparation for the G8 summit in Sochi.
Cameron tweeted: "Because of the serious situation in Ukraine, @WilliamJHague & I believe it would be wrong for UK ministers to attend the Sochi Paralympics."
