Here's a transcript of what was cut from the feed in OKC:
"Three and a half million years ago our ancestors, yours and mine, left these traces. We stood up, and parted ways from them. Once we stood on two feet, our eyes were no longer fixated on the ground. Now we were free to look up, and wonder."

the Siegelman story? Don Sigeleman was the Democratic Governor of Alabama who was charged (three separate times, couldn't get it to stick) with a campaign violation? Well if you lived in Alabama your feed for that 60 Minutes episode went "out". It mysteriously came back on when the segment was over.
This is more of the same. We need a law that says they can't pull this bullcrap.

Many, many of right-wing Sinclair's stations are Fox affiliates (quelle surprise! ). I wonder if the same thing happened anywhere else.
KOKH-TV, virtual channel 25 (UHF digital channel 24), is a Fox-affiliated television station located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States. The station is owned by the Sinclair Broadcast Group, as part of a duopoly with CW affiliate KOCB (channel 34).
