It seems that the Snowden bashing threads generally follow a new reveal. I see the bashing threads but I must have missed the new reveal.

Are these pre-emptive or did I miss something? Or is this offense over the DiFi thingy?

Playing freedom rock star at SXSW (thank you, Austin!) while his host government is shutting down websites that oppose the intervention in Crimea. That kind of thing.

If I were in his shoes, I would keep quiet and work to get out of Russia. But where to go? Every possible destination has less to offer in the way of free speech than the country he left in the first place.

But it has been quite a ride.
