3 Obama Secret Service Agents on Leave After Drinking in Amsterdam, 1 Found Passed Out

Three Secret Service agents on President Obama‘s protective detail in Amsterdam were put on administrative leave and sent back to the U.S. after they had a night out going drinking. The Washington Post reports that one of the agents was spotted passed out in a hallway after drinking.

The agents were getting buzzed before Obama arrived in Amsterdam, and a spokesman for the Secret Service confirms that they were sent home for “disciplinary reasons.” People close to the situation who spoke off the record said the agents were part of the Secret Service’s Counter Assault Team.

types. but turns out the guys involved in it were all older and had been on the job a long time.

They need spot checks, a few sourpusses and fun-spoilers in charge, and a total culture change.

Note: not excusing, just think it's really bizarre how this keeps happening. High stress levels could contribute to people losing it.

have the conjecture that they are being coerced into this behavior by parties that want him gone.

You could be right, I'm just saying there could be another side to it.

In any case, the safety of the President shouldn't be left in the hands of people that are cracking OR are coerced.
