Why have we left this one to the right wing?

What I don't understand is why we liberals and progressives have left this one totally to the right wing. They are all over it, but it has gotten absolutely no press on "our" side. It should disturb any parent, because it could happen to anyone whose child has a mysterious or little-known disease, yet it's been totally ignored by us on the left. I'm disturbed by it, both as a medical professional and as a parent, because it seems to be a case of the state getting into what is essentially a dispute between doctors and hospitals and yanking a sick child around. I know one thing for sure…..if I lived in Boston, I would be inclined to stay far away from Boston Children's!

This family is being railroaded. I hope Justina makes it to 18 or the doctors wake the hell up. This is a travesty.
