The First Amendment…...

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.[1]

So, the SCOTUS says $ equals speech and then the free exercise of religion, is it possible that donating money or financing terrorist is now protected?

If you provide financial support that allows them to kill people, you are an accessory to their crime.
