Fucking cops! If he would kill a sweet dog that wanted only to be petted, he would kill a human if he could get away with it!!!!
I have 4 Newfoundlands that wouldn't hurt any burglar but I'm afraid if the cops came to my house and saw my dogs (135lb-165lb) they would shoot first.

I don't EVER remember hearing this happen with this level of frightening rapidity before 5 or 10 years ago. WTF is wrong with these dickheads? I used to be a big-time supporter of the police (brother was one, my former in-laws were all cops) but between this and the increased brutality without cause they seem to be overly prone to, I fucking hate them. Goddamned poorly trained paramilitary group is what they are. Not "peace officers".

If a dog interferes with the performance of their duties, they are trained to kill the animal. Problem is that many who want to be a cop in the first place are often sadistic shitforbrains who can't wait to hurt other beings. Most police training programs try to weed out the worst of them, but alas, many get through.

Same went for when I owned a repossession company. Early on I advertised for repo agents...I would let an applicant ride with me a day and almost all of the ad respondents were sadistic or outlaws. After a couple times advertising, I quit and began recruiting. I wouldn't hire anyone unless I had to talk them into trying it. I hired several people who were very good and showed compassion rather than contempt while doing their job. ..A requirement for working with my company. ..
