"House Republicans will announce their intention to form a special select committee on Benghazi Friday, intensifying already highly-charged GOP scrutiny of the Obama administration’s handling of the September 2012 attacks that left four Americans dead.

The committee will be led by GOP Rep. Trey Gowdy of South Carolina.

The announcement comes after newly released documents reignited the controversy over how the White House and the State Department crafted their response to the attack. Republicans allege that the White House knowingly misled the public about the origin of the assault."

First-They've got NOTHING ELSE. If you tried to ask the staunchest wingnut Republican you know; "just what has the GOP done over the past 6 years to advance the lives of Middle Class America"? they'd look at you like you farted in an elevator.

Second-I firmly believe that they think the folks who elected and re-elected President Obama are simply stupid, or under some spell, and all they need to do is get something to stick against this President, and BAM! Like a lightning bolt, Obama supporters will wake up, join their side, get rid of the minimum wage, give all the money to the Koch's and then America will be an Ayn Randian Utopia.

Funny thing is, they really are the stupid party. They are the ones cast under a spell. If that were not the case, there is no way any Middle Class American could look at their economic poicies and record, and still vote for them.
