“I’m sorry if you were offended,” Gingrich quipped. “Both of my daughters worked as janitors at the local Baptist Church and they earned the money and they didn’t think it was demeaning, and they actually liked the idea that they earned their own money as kids, and they kept their own money because they thought work had inherent dignity.”

“But they come from a wealthy family,” Cendejas pointed out.

“That’s not the point,” the candidate shrugged. “You and I just disagree.”

Just had that argument with my Faux loving Repuke husband over the Trayvon case. Watching that police video (NOT on Fox). Where are his bruises? Where is the bandages to the back of his head? How can he WALK after having his head banged multiple times into concrete? Why didn't Fox even show this??????

Distract. "Why do the Black Panthers have a bounty on Zimmerman's head?" Not the point or the issue. I refused to answer him. NO JURY in the country would ever vote on the Martin/Zimmerman case as to what the Black Panters, NAACP, or "Obama" thought. Irrevelant to the issues of this case. But to a Repuke, Faux watching person, those things are talking points. As I said to him, not in a court of law.

It IS all about black, Muslim, Obama. Anyway, they can brainswash people against him, and they will. Sad, sad, very sad, but what they don't realize it only strenghts OUR resolve against THEM. I do believe rational people will win out on this.

That is exactly the point. There is a marked difference between earning money for that DVD you want or if that dress for the dance needs a cool pair of earrings. This kid had to work in order to help his mother pay rent and feed his siblings. It's more than a disagreement, that is a tone deaf remark....only thing you could think to say so you wouldn't be an asshole for at least five minutes of your life. Guess what? That five minutes never happened

And I hate to break it to you, Newton, but there's a big motherfuckin' difference between doing work because you want some pin money and doing work so you don't starve. Your daughters "kept their own money" because their family had gobs of it. Mr. Cendejas didn't "keep his own money" because his family had to eat.

And if you don't know the difference by this point in your life, you're beyond hopeless.
