while I was driving.

But THEN I realized that we will soon be driving cars that drive themselves and I'll be busy watching the latest episode of Vikings on my Google Glasses.

A monorail seems a lot simpler, though.

not anymore...we are 3rd world now...not only will you not have new systems of transportation like this but the transportation you have now will break down and you will replace it only to the extent that the oligarchs need you to so that you can get to your 12 hr a day, $2 an hour job

You just go up to the door and the arm pushes you out. It isn't great for repeat business though.

Several years ago in fact. Is their actually a manufacturer that builds these? There are a lot of drawings of things that are just concepts.
