Walker sadden by insuring more people then He meant to.

By not expanding Medicaid in Wisconsin, Scott Walker got to drop some of the disenfranchised off state books. He expected more, but fell short of his goal.

The figures released Monday show actual enrollments through the end of March. Instead of 75,000 being kicked off Medicaid, only 62,776 lost coverage at the end of March. They have until June 1 to purchase subsidized insurance through the online marketplace created under the federal law.

Walker knew there would be more people on medicaid. Not expanding medicaid kept the number as small as possible and insured Wisconsin absorbed the full costs of the new enrollees.

Walker’s administration also reported that 81,731 childless adults had signed up for coverage, nearly exactly as many as expected.
The net effect is an addition of nearly 19,000 people to Wisconsin’s Medicaid program under Walker’s changes.

Instead of having 144,507 persons on paid medicaid, he chose few covered and more expensive.....amazing.

I am one out of those 62,776 persons ejected from medicaid. I am disabled and have been for a couple years. Because I am disabled I was getting Medicaid which kept my costs barely under control. I am ineligible for coverage under the ACA because I have Medicare. The ACA has no option for secondary insurance.

I am quite aware of who bears the blame for my lose of insurance. 62,776 of us are quite aware. I hope we will vote accordingly. The added strain on the state budget (which was not included in the passed budget as far as I could tell) will further erode the peoples confidence in our own government (exactly as planned).

..He is merely an expensive tool, elected via financial manipulation of our system, to further the policies of his masters. He doesn't possess enough free will to be classified as evil.
One could call him a biological weapon deployed against our republic. An artificial parasite enabling benign appearing virus unleashed by the artificial entities that are the incorporated.

You've inspired me, Wisconsin. The 2011 protests were a wake up call for everyone. You exposed the ugly side of politics and the very ugly Scott Walker. He may have survived the recall, but I have faith he won't be re-elected.
