I do see everywhere Hillary will be the next nominee. So....why this certenty? And I want to understand why do I have also the quite disturbing impressions that games are over for 20016 Convention......far long before primary process beginning????????

(2,992 posts)That pools plays the smallest part. People like Warren are obviously not ultimate corporatists persons. And obviously no Sanders. I do read it as they dont fit to Dem powerstructure.

(71,265 posts)I think a primary will be good and it would make her a stronger candidate.

All we need is a Bush.

(3,580 posts)but it's a ways off, so if anyone wants to run in the primary they should go for it.

(16,104 posts)Maybe she has a sense of deja vu.
She isn't "running for president" either, is she?

(9,462 posts)doesn't mean that she will, as in 2008, but the ultimate goal is winning and with Hillary's polling she can. One of the things that will attract independents towards Hillary is the economy during her husband's Presidency. I realize it's not the same thing, but I'm surprised by how many times I see that comment posted on other websites like Bloomberg and Reuters.
Her foreign policy experience will play a big role, I feel, because there are so many powder kegs out there like China and Russia, never mind the middle east. That is one thing I question, and I think others would as well with Elizabeth Warren. I think she needs more time in the Senate specializing in financial matters and then possibly some sort of foreign policy experience, even if it is just being active on the Senate Committee for Foreign Affairs and Armed Services Committee.
I think Sanders is too far left to win a national election. He also isn't a member of the Democratic party so he wouldn't be in a primary with Hillary or any other Democrat.

Personally, I'll be thrilled when I never hear this woman's name again.
