White men should be prepared to lay down their lives to fight bigotry
Let's face it. As THE most privileged group on the planet, we have far more ability and responsibility to fix the problem than anyone else on Earth. We are the only ones with the financial and social resources to reach and influence other white men.
Yes, it could cost one's social standing. It could cost customers, employees, career, even one's physical safety.
But we must be prepared to stand up. When someone makes a sexist, racist, or homophobic joke - don't laugh, not even a nervous laugh. Get in their face and make them understand what kind of vile pig they are. Let them know that jokes and statements and every type of bigotry will be punished socially and financially to the best of your resources.
Shame that person in public. Print flyers and post on the Internet about who they are and what is wrong with them. If you have any control over their employment, fire them and hire a disadvantaged person for the job (which should be the default setting until there is no difference in social standing or economic resources between white men and the most disadvantaged groups). If you are an employee, quit. Even if it leaves you and your family homeless and destitute, you will still have your honor.
Shun your family and "friends" if they don't achieve harmony with all races and all genders. And, in those one in a thousand cases where there may be a physical confrontation: accept your beating or (really unlikely) death with dignity, knowing you tried to stand up for those who are incapable of standing up for themselves.
