So, what's the difference?

If Hobby Lobby can tell their employees how to run their sex lives, what makes them stop from interfering with other things? Such as, if the Hobby Lobby CEO were a vegetarian. Does that mean that the CEO can tell the employees that they cannot buy meat? You may think this is a silly argument, but really, where does this end? If an employee does the job they are hired to do, why does this company have a right to get involved in their personal lives?

Hobby Lobby isn't empowered to tell their employees when they can and can't have sex or eat meat or anything - they aren't required to buy contraceptives for their employees, because the Government has other means to provide those services. While it is possible that this might be expanded to exempt hobby lobby and other organizations from other things they don't want to do, they have set some limitations in place for now.

If the Government mandated that every company provide a free lunch with meat for employees, and some companies requested that they only provide a vegetarian lunch, that would be more comparable.
