So the Supreme Court ruled in their favor today, and that means no birth control they object to, but how is that done?
The healthcare plans they provide don't offer those particular kinds of birth control?
Can their female employees seek coverage from outside health care plans?
Anything else?
I disagree with the ruling primarily because I know it's another burden on women, but I want to make sure I have my facts straight.

(1,850 posts)can seek coverage from other insurance plans. Or they can purchase whatever bc they wish. This has been blown completely out of proportion. They are not discriminating against people for choosing unapproved bc, they aren't firing employees who use bc, they aren't even against paying for all types of bc. There are a few--4, I believe--that they don't feel they should have to pay for. And, anyone who feels that strongly about it should probably seek employment elsewhere. (BTW, I have read that HL pays pretty well for retail--$14/hr for full-time, $9.50 for part-time. Just saying.)
