See 78 FR 8456, 8458, footnote 3, which provides that the HRSA guidelines "exclude services relating to a man's reproductive capacity, such as vasectomies and condoms."

An employer can choose to offer a plan that covers vasectomies, but the law doesn't make it an "essential health benefit" that must be covered.

And this 63 yr old is a happy, proud slut...even if I don't quite remember the last time I was sexual with another human being...in the meantime, I pleasure myself!
