While we need Congress to act on this, at least this may (1) put THE FIVE on notice and (2) bring attention to the fact that the 2014 election is critical in making impeachment possible if we get a Democratic Congress:

My comment in the comment section of the form:
My ancestors came over on the Mayflower, worked on and signed the Declaration of Independence at great physical peril, and fought in the American Revolution so that they could worship as their conscience dictated and so that they had the freedom to pursue life, liberty, and happiness. Five male Roman Catholic members of the U.S. Supreme Court have repeatedly ignored the Constitution or misinterpreted it to their own ends--some even to their own financial ends which should have resulted in their removal from the Court. Corporations are NOT people and giving them that status reduces the humanity and marginalizes those of us who bleed when cut or risk our lives in the service of the country. Five members of the Court have corrupted the political system so that we are in danger of becoming (if we haven't already) a fascist oligarchy (fascism=rule by corporations and oligarchy=rule by the .01%). Now, at the hands of the same five members of the Court, the religious convictions of the CEO or boss of a company can dictate the medical options of employees and could give greater powers to them on the grounds of their religious beliefs: Today birth control...tomorrow if the company is owned by Christian Scientists whether you can have any medical coverage, by another CEO following another firmly held religious belief whether he/she can deny employment to Jews, or Blacks, or a member of the LGBT community, or Chinese, or Catholics, etc. The only way to end this madness is to impeach and remove from office these five who are corrupting our Republic. If Congress won't act, then we must remove this Congress and replace it with one that will.

(43,049 posts)impeachment or other actions taken against them, hardly any have been thrown out of office. And those for corruption, not simply because someone didn't like a decision.
Even William O. Douglas, threatened with impeachment for delaying the Rosenberg execution, got away. He almost got later nailed for mob ties, but Abe Fortas took the hit for him.
It's really undemocratic to impeach because you disagree with even a revolting decision-- and remember that they could do the same to us.

On what grounds would Articles of Impeachment be brought against them?
