1. Could citizens sue Boehner for not doing his job?

He's the laziest Speaker in the history of the country and won't bring anything to a vote unless his teabagger handlers demand it. I'm betting the "lawsuit" is going to make the GOP look far, far worse than it already does given the number of executive orders used by Saint Reagan and every other POTUS.

the gop and 5 members of the scotus appear to be at war with women. This would certainly galvanize more than half the population.

5. Can't do that. Supreme Court rubber stamps are above the law.

If anyone even tried to sue them, the five corrupted whores on the Court would throw the suit out.

Reagan, Old Fart Bush and Dumbya packed the Federal Courts with Federalist Society stooges. The case wouldn't even be heard.

I am no expert, but the Constitution is pretty darn clear on SCOTUS power. Their ruling is final unless one takes legislative action which might require a constitutional amendment, depending on the ruling.

10. I think Marbury v. Madison might answer YES to that question.

In that early case, SCOTUS decided what the power of judicial review under the Constitution was going to mean for its own self.

Doesn't seem like a stretch that it could elect to hear and decide a case in which it was a respondent.

I am unaware of any other mechanism to dispose of such a matter.

Including the SC women and those appointed by Democrats. The court does not tolerate frivolous lawsuits.

So has no relevance here. Boehner has not even filed any suit and if he does it will not seriously be heard in the federal courts.

Lets say the case is lost and appealed to a higher court. Lose again, who will hear the appeal of the Supreme Court Case after it passes through the lower appellate courts?
