By that logic he must think Bush's Katrina was Bush's Katrina not because he gutted FEMA and appointed an inept crony to run what was left of it, not because half the National Guard was off fighting his personal war in Iraq, not because virtually nothing was done to help evacuate before the hurricane and that help after the NOLA flooding was a day late and a dollar short, not because people DIED due to his administrations combination of thievery and convenient ineptitude-- it was because Bush only did a flyover instead of immediately rushing to the scene with his 911 bullhorn.
