So I decided to watch the talk shows this Sunday morning.

Big mistake. I almost never watched these shows, but I decided to subject myself to the torture.

I watched Meet The Press.

Here's what I got when watching the panel of 'experts' which included Andrea Mitchell and some conservative who writes for the Wall Street Journal:

- It's basically Obama's fault the plane was shot down over Ukraine.

- Obama is weak when it comes to foreign policy and so is all of Western Europe.

- We need to exploit our energy supplies at home to get back at Putin (see fracking).

- The 2016 GOP field is so deep that Dems should be worried. All they have is Hillary.

- Chris Christie is teh awesome and bridge-gate is no big deal.

That's why I don't watch that shit. No wonder why Meet The Press ratings are crashing.

He has been brainwashed to believe all his problems are due to immigrants, democrats and liberals. Even if all three were wiped off the face of the Earth, he would still believe they caused all his problems.

Except for the names and a few other changes, you could be talking about the last time I watched those wasted hours, back in 1980 or so. Nothing's changed, that's for sure, and won't until many, many more stop watching.

And I used to watch 60 Minutes reluctantly until the Logan spectacle took to the air.
I used to record it but gave up on it and haven't seen a minute of it since.

Why ABC allows Jonathan Karl (Darth Cheney's go-to guy) to continue to create intro packages for this show is beyond me. He belongs at Faux News.

The only person who keeps me from absolutely hating Ray-Gun is Ron Reagan Jr. -- the fact that Gipper apparently allowed his son to grow up as unemcumbered by his own beliefs.

I can't even sit in someone's living room for a minute and a half if they have MSM cable news on. It's such spoon fed crap. I can always tell if someone is a MSM news bot by the fact that most are unread apathetic numbskulls and then they suddenly speak like they're informed, as they spew forth "newspeak" word salad. They only fool each other.

You should have waited a day though. Today, those people will say the president is a weak feckless weenie. Tomorrow he'll be an over reaching dictator about to enslave all of white gun owning Amurka. It'll alternate like that, as it has, as long as he's in office.

The US media is owned by corporations. The only honest thing they do is sell soap. Everything after that is just lubing the people for a good screwing.
