Not sure what to believe here, but this is what he says:
This land has been in my family for gens and years. But to quote the county worker he "decided that we never owned it" so he changed the names on our property. Now try to get a good nights sleep, knowing that you could be next waking up one morning and not only NOT own your house and land but You NEVER did!!!

would anyone want to buy disappearing property?
I don't believe his story and it was rightfully flagged.

if you have never taken out title insurance on your property, anyone that has an old claim can say they own it because it belonged to their great great great grandfather. This is why when you purchase a home/land/any property, you always get title insurance. This just happened to our realtor.
