She got a little snarky after being asked the same question over and over (what made her decide on 2nd degree murder), but I would, too, if I had repeatedly said I couldn't address that issue, yet.

She is good in front of the camera. That isn't a bad thing. Anyone who can think and be clear and concise when facing this kind of craziness is to be admired. She's showing some emotion but at an absolutely appropriate level.

She has tried cases that got lots of publicity before. I will let the case play out. Trayon Martin's parents should see his killer tried and Zimmerman should get his day in court to defend his actions. Zimmerman's new attorney seemed to have left open the possibility of pleaing for a lesser charge.

to leave open the lesser included offense of manslaughter. If she can't prove enough for a second-degree murder conviction, she most surely can prove enough for manslaughter. Prosecutors always bring the most serious charge they can, even if they're not sure they can convict.

"Lesser included" is the name of the game.

edit: After reading this thread, did I miss the point? People are concerned for how she was dressed? Hmm ... I thought the OP had to do with the charge. Silly me.

She is a seasoned state prosecutor, of course she's comfortable in front of a camera. What? Did you expect her to mumble and stutter? She's experienced. Attorneys don't do what they do because they hate being in front of a crowd or in front of a microphone or in front of the press. Some of them DID hate it but love justice so much that they overcame it. You'd better be thanking god or your lucky stars or your tennis shoes that she's enjoying her job because she HAS to in order to do it right. Do you have any idea how many frickin hours they put in during a week? I do.

Think about it.
