Are they suggesting it is airborne?

3. No,

they are mentioning that the virus could be spread via intubation process when the patient coughs and droplets are being spread into the ventilation systems if negative air pressure isn't present.

Isn't that pretty much the definition of airborne? Coughing into air, and having that air breathed in by someone else at a later point in time?
