Lost battery charge to my handheld while on hold and had to call them again.

(14,177 posts)I was on hold once for 45 minutes trying to make a mandatory appointment. I hung up anyway and caught a lot of grief. I had homework to do and kids to make dinner for and make sure they did their homework. Yeah weird we have lives. TBTB should be aware of that.
