time to ask Debbie Wasserman Schultz to resign immediately.

I've heard the stories about how the Obama administration thoroughly dislikes and mistrusts her. I've seen how lame and irrational our approach to 2014 was. And I recall the days of Howard Dean, when we fought in 50 states, when we put up candidates in every single local district, and we had some simple, unified, and effective messages.

The successes of Dean have been tossed into the trash, and with it the election of 2014.

We need to reward success, punish failure, and fix what is broken. The DNC, the DCCC, and the DSCC are broken. Time to clean house, starting with the worst DNC leader I can ever recall us having.

We need to fix things, and I cannot think of a better way to start.

they reward it. They only punish success, which is why Howard Dean was kicked to the curb.

When people ilke me come to like the message of the GOP leaders better than the one from our leaders, there i a problem,

Of course, I know better than to trust the GOP, but their message this time was attractive, talking about upward mobility and helping the middle class and talking about real problems, while Dems were continuing to run on ideas that were stale. Perfect exampl: flextime is needed for family to function. The way the GOP does it is the wrong way, but the idea is good. Same for schools. It is telling that the GOP is running on ideas Liz Warren presented in her 2002 book. Once again, I do not trust them, but stop telling us that we do not need diversity in the way schools work (I am sure that not even teacher unions believe this).

I am a progressive woman whose husband has a $11/hour job for 24 hours/week. His boss refuses to give him officially an other shift because it would mean paying healthcare and life insurance (the job is there as he has been actually working more than 30 hours/week. He is 59, so there are not too many jobs for him around where we live, even though he has a bachelor degree. All I have heard from Dems is that they wanted to raise minimum wages to $10/hour and that the 30 hour limit is a non story. Other point relevant to us, low interest rates for college. Sorry, but with more than $20,000 in student loans, my son chose to go study in Europe for his master. Guess what, it was essentially free for him. The other schools he was accepted to offered an additional $30,000/year loan as a way to finance his master. That was an easy choice.

Sorry, there is nothing in there that is uplifting to people in our situation and they tend to be the ones who vote.

We voted Democratic, but frankly, as I was saying, I can understand why the message of reform conservatism may be attractive.

I think that Reid is tired out, and does not have the energy to infect others.
Pelosi did fine as house majority leader, but I think her day has passed, too.

The DNC needs a massive retooling.

I will say that the DCCC was active in Arizona and it made a difference. They got involved and we retained some great dems last nite.

It's all about leadership or the lack of. And the DGA, the DNC had zero leadership.

Her incompetence has been felt by our party for a while. I suggest they go back to Howard Dean and offer whatever the hell he wants to come back.
