The DNC has already thrown Landrieu under the bus. She is in a tough runoff election and they have pulled the plug on her funding. To go after Landrieu for a desperate political move brought on by the DNC's unfathomable behavior to a solid Democrat in a red state is just petty, mean and stupid. Plante is a fool.

Who enacts Republican policy the minute she can is not, in any sense of the word, a "solid Democrat". She brought this on herself--just because the DNC didn't fund her does not mean she should embrace the Republicans. I think your statement is far more disingenuous than the cartoon.
